Preventing aging and increasing life span

            
            Ageing is the normal process which takes place in the living when the years go on. But some lifestyle modification and diet can decrease the ageing and the lifespan increases to 10 to 20%. Ageing is the process of decline in the cellular function by some genetic abnormalities and molecular damage due to the effect of environmental factors such as diet, social condition and the diminished capacity of the cell to respond to injury. Genetic anomalies can cause premature ageing in humans.


           The free radicals generated in our body will damage the cells and the defective replication of it will decrease the longevity. The antioxidants present in the fruits will neutralize these free radicals and the cells have reduced molecular damage, it will increase the longevity. Some antioxidants present in food are vitamin C, vitamin A, and vitamin E. So you have to eat fruits and foods which are rich in these vitamins. This will help you to increase your longevity.


  
            The most effective way of prolonging longevity is calorie restriction. Sirtuins which will inhibit the harmful effects of free radicals and will increase the metabolic activity in our body. The products present in the fermented grape juice which is a product of grapes may activate the sirtuins and thus increase longevity. So calorie restriction, diet, and more consumption of antioxidant-rich foods will increase your age of living.
